Beau du Bois has been involved with the California cocktail scene since 2007 working at some of the most infamous and cutting-edge bars and restaurants. Beau was named one of Zagat’s 30 under 30 in LA, one of America’s Top 25 bartenders by The Daily Meal, and Eater L.A.’s Bartender of the Year 2014. Blending his experience from nearly two decades in the bar industry with a knowledge and passion for hospitality, Beau developed a bar program for Marisi that is both timeless and sophisticated, exemplifying the values essential to a traditional Italian dining experience. Beau has designed a menu of approachable and thoughtful cocktails created with the methodology of a beverage connoisseur. Positioning the proverb, ‘Appetit begins with vermouth’ at the forefront of Marisi’s offerings, Beau has set the stage for a thoughtful cocktail service worthy of remembering.
On his days off he likes to: Read horror and science fiction novels and take his husky, Kal, to dog parks.
